I recently retired as the Superintendent of a large public school district in Alberta, Canada after a 33 year career (29 years in leadership roles).
Throughout my career I have had vast experience in change theory, management, human resources and financial issues.
I have a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta, a Masters of Leadership from San Diego State University and a post graduate diploma in Organizational Coaching with the University of British Columbia.
I have been successfully coaching clients and facilitating their self-growth and have over 600 hours of experience in executive coaching.
